To place an order, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button for each item.  When you are done selecting your items, go to the shopping cart at the top of the page and click on the icon.  This will take you to the payment page.

Payment & Shipping

• Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

• Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed.  Delivery is through USPS and will take 3-5 days. Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in the arrival of your purchase.  We will keep you informed if this occurs.

• Shipping is free to the US and Canada. 

• We ship internationally, but please contact us directly for a details. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Charm City Fidgets wants you to be delighted with your purchase, but if not, return the item and we will credit your payment back to you.

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and send it back within 5 days.  

• Item(s) must be in original condition and original packaging.  Customer is responsible for safe shipping back to us. 

• All returns need to be authorized by us via email.  A return authorization number will be provided and must be included in the return package.

• Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

• Upon receipt of the item, your money will be credited back.

Care and Cleaning of Fidget Jewelry

Charm City Fidgets uses durable and washable materials.  The stainless steel necklace chains and beads, along with the semi-precious stones, are hypo-allergenic and tarnish free.  They will not discolor, are water resistant and can be cleaned with warm soap and water. Digit Fidgets are made of durable nylon cord and stainless steel beads and are also hypo-allergenic and tarnish free.
